First Things First

This form is for properties in BC. If the Deceased owned property outside of BC, you will need to contact a legal services professional in that other jurisdiction.

Once we get your information, we will send you a brochure called Getting Started. This will explain the process. If you wish us to proceed, you simply digitally sign the brochure and we begin. Our professional relationship with you doesn’t begin until we have your authorization to proceed.
