Due to circumstances, I was in British Columbia when I needed to sign transfer of property documents for a house in Calgary, Alberta. The documents were time sensitive and required signing with the help of a notary and commissioner of oaths, and basically had to be done right away. I called you and you were able to fit me in on very short notice. Your receptionist was very helpful in helping me print the documents, photocopying my ID and ensuring that I obtained a witness with proper ID. I then had to courier my documents to Calgary. She found a courier near by and gave me great directions to get there. I found my experience to be great in relieving the pressure off a very stressful situation.
