Lawyer

TNG Legal Services MDP is looking for a lawyer to join our team in each of our Kelowna, BC and our Penticton BC offices.

Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience as a general solicitor, and be a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia.

Duties

In addition to other duties which may be necessary to carry out our Customer Service Goals and client engagements, the successful candidate will:

• assist clients with some or all of the following: probate, estate planning, conveyancing, corporate work and notarizations
• provide clear instructions to and supervise support staff
• work with business drivers to help maintain existing clientele and attract new clients
• meet professional standards of care required by the Law Society of British Columbia
