Background

Paule was born in South Africa and lived there for many years before moving to Canada. After a brief move to and back from England, Paule obtained her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Western Ontario and her law degree from the University of British Columbia.

Paule articled in Vancouver, and was called to the Bar in 2004. Having fallen in love with Vancouver, she remained in Vancouver to practice in the areas of wills and estates, and corporate law, with the intention to never move again. That changed in 2005 when she moved to Kelowna to buy a house and get a dog.

After two dogs, two cats and two children, Paule returned to the practice of law in 2010, this time with a focus on family law. No longer an animal mom, but now also a step mom to two amazing step-children, Paule loves living in the Okanagan with her large and unruly family, and has decided to never move again.

Prior to joining TNG Legal Services MDP, Paule was a sole practitioner at Seeger Law Offices focusing mainly on family law. Paule can provide a wide range of family law related services including adoptions, uncontested divorce applications, contested divorce matters, mediated settlements and child custody issues. With the support of the other practitioners at TNG Legal Services MDP, Paule can also provide value added services such as estate planning, corporate services and property transfers.

Paule enjoys working with her clients to find creative solutions to difficult situations and feels privileged to help her clients through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
